My name is Daniel Volitich, Animation student from San Francisco College of the Arts. I really want to learn videogame design to put my geek cred to good use. So far, I’m enjoying the course and can’t wait to bring my ideas to the screen. While I’m amazed at the gaming technology these days, I long for the old 2D days. I hope to see a resurgence of these classic videogame designs one day.
Aside from videogames and graphic design, I'm also an animation, film, tech, and comic book enthusiast. Instead of collecting comic books, my brothers and I have chosen to collect action figures from the Marvel universe. We have over three hundred pieces and we’re still on the lookout for older and bigger figures. As for my personal collection, I’ve been searching California for old-school videogame consoles. So far, I found several Atari consoles and some old Gameboy versions.
